About Next Level Equestrian
Brittany Lombardo and her family (last name Keller) moved to Whidbey Island when she was 3 years old. It had always been a dream of her mother, Suzette Keller, to own horses and have a small stable. Brittany joined the Whidbey Island Pony Club with trainer Linda Chatfield, Brittany's first pony was a black Shetland pony named Coco, this is the pony who started it all for Brittany. Linda helped Brittany develop her love of 3 day eventing and instructing, making it all the way to her HA rating in pony club, eventing all over the pacific northwest and starting her own teaching and quality horse sales business in 2003. Brittany had to put the brakes on her Pony Club and eventing career due to the injury of her beloved event horse Scooby Doo. She took some time off, got married and with the support of her family is "back in the saddle" pursuing that career once again.
Brittany takes pride in teaching adults and children of all ages, the joys, challenges and accomplishments that come with riding a horse. She feels that horses have something special and peaceful about them that no other being on this earth does. Just going out and being around them is a stress reviever.
You will not find a more well-rounded, fun, dedicated and safety conscious instructor around. Not to take away from the wonderful lesson horses we have, they are the reason Brittany can teach the way she does.
